THE TEAM

Chad fell in love with British cars at age 12 and in 1999 he purchased and restored a 1973 MGB. This shop is his life’s dream, blending the business aspects of automotive work with his love of all things British and belief in truly caring about the vehicle and customer

CHAD

Owner, British Motor Care

Kelly purchased a dilapidated 1967 Austin-Healey Sprite from Chad in 2015 and morphed from customer to employee during the 10-month process of doing a full restoration herself. She is currently restoring a 1966 Volvo 122S, and keeps her hand in the paperwork side of things at the shop 1 to 2 days a week. Now a mechanic for her own cars, she has overseen almost every aspect of running the business

Jack of all Facets of Operations

Ian was a customer who has joined up as a part-time employee. Born in England, he grew up toddling around the garage helping his father restore the family’s 1967 TR4A. His first car was a ‘74 Spitfire that he and his father restored together. Among other experience, Ian has been a welder and fabricator for 25 years, 10 of which was doing racing fabrication in Georgia. Along with other play cars, Ian still has the 4A, his own ‘57 TR3, and a ‘73 MGB GT
